Bradford Cornell is an emeritus Professor of Financial Economics at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. He has testified widely on matters related to damages and corporate valuation. His work on valuation has been cited by courts throughout the country. Professor Cornell has published more than 150 referred articles. He is also the author of four books: Corporate Valuation: Tools for Effective Appraisal and Decision Making, The Equity Risk Premium and the Long-Run Future of the Stock Market, Conceptual Foundations of Investing, and Global Climate Change: A Pragmatist’s Guide to Moving the Needle. He is a senior advisor to both the Cornell Capital Group and Rayliant Global Advisors focusing on the relation between valuation and investment decision making.
Professor Cornell received a Masters in Statistics and a PhD in Financial Economics from Stanford University.
